We've designed the World Account for business, so you can make easy, fast and secure payments to 200+ countries in 100+ currencies. |
Step 1: How to access the pay function
- Go to “Payments” > "Pay"

Step 2: Select Payee
- You can select an existing payee/payees or add new payees (For detailed instructions on adding individual and multiple payees, please refer to guides under Making Payouts)

Step 3: Enter payment amount
- Select your send currency and enter the amount by the currency you wish to send,You can enter the amount by the currency you wish to send or by the currency your recipient receives. If the "receives" currency is different from "send" currency, a payment, together with FX conversaion/trade will be generated.

Step 4: Confirm payment timing
- Click on "Pay as soon as possible using your existing available balance" if you would like to make payment at the moment.

- Click on "Pay on specific date" if you would like to schedule your payment on the other day. Please note an FX trade will be generated after payment is confirmed.

Step 4: Confirm payment information
- In the next step, you'll be asked to verify with the Authy App or with an SMS message.
- Once the verification is done, you'll be shown a summary of your transaction details. By clicking on "Confirm payment", you'll have made a conversion and booked a payout to another account.

FAQs
How can I manage my payments?
Please naviagate through "Payments" - "Transactions management" to view and cancel your payment.
Will I get charged if cancel my payments?
You won't be charged if you cancel your payments. However, if you select "pay on a specific date" and a FX trade is generated, you need to nevagate to FX trade user guide to cancel the FX trade, or add new payment. Otherwise, applicable fee might be charged.
When will my account balance be debited on my scheduled payment date?
Our system will start checking the available balance at 0:00 GMT + 0 on your scheduled payment date. Your account balance will be debited as soon as you have sufficient balance to cover the payment.
