Access Convert

To initiate a conversion, please go to [ FX ] and select [Convert Now].

Alternatively, you can access [Payments] and click [Convert] to start.

Convert your funds

Step 1: Select the [ Sell currency ] and enter [ sell amount ].

Step 2: Select the [ Buy currency ] and click [ Next ].

You can directly enter the sell currency amount, and the system will automatically calculate the buy currency amount.

Step 3: Confirmation

On this page, you can review the details of your conversion. If you need to modify the buy/sell amount, please click [Previous] to return to the Conversion page.

If you are happy with the details, click [ Submit ] to proceed.

Step 4: Result

All done! Your conversion is now complete, and you will see your currency balances change accordingly.

1. Which currencies can I convert?

WorldFirst platform supports 25 sell currencies and 18 buy currencies

  • Sell Currencies:

EUR, USD, GBP, CNH, JPY, AUD, HKD, SGD, NZD, PLN, CZK, CHF, AED, SEK, ILS, SAR, ZAR, MXN, THB, TRY, DKK, NOK, RON, HUF.

  • Buy Currencies:

EUR, USD,GBP,CNH, CAD, JPY, AUD, HKD, SGD, NZD, PLN, CHF, AED, SEK, NOK, DKK, CZK.

2. When can I receive the currency I purchased?

  • The currency will be credited to your buy currency account instantly after you have completed a conversion.

3. Can I cancel my conversation?

  • No you can't. The purchased currency is credited to your account instantly after your conversion. You will need to make another conversion in the opposite direction to repurchase the currency you sold.
