本隐私声明适用于与万里汇“2024年春华节大促主题预热活动”（“春华节活动”）相关的个人信息处理活动，但不适用于万里汇在其他活动、项目、产品或服务场景下收集和处理您的个人信息的活动，也不适用于第三方通过其他万里汇品牌网站进行的个人信息处理活动，或其他任何在春华节活动之外提及万里汇的信息或通讯。

This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of Personal Information collected in the context of World First’s “Splendid spring 2024 Warm Up” Campaign (“the Campaign”). This Privacy Notice does not cover the collection and use of your Personal Information by World First in the context of other campaigns, programs or products and services, by third parties on other World First branded websites, or any other information or communications that may reference World First outside of the Campaign.

在本隐私声明中，“个人信息”是指是以电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息。在春华节活动中，我们将通过下文所列的方式获取您的个人信息。

For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. In connection with the Campaign, we obtain Personal Information relating to you from various sources described below.

  • Assist winners with obtaining their tickets;

  • We need your Personal Information to provide you with products and services, or to respond to your inquiries.

  • We, or a third party, have a legitimate interest in using your Personal Information, such as to ensure and improve the safety, security, and performance of our products and services, to protect against and prevent fraud. to anonymise Personal Information and carry out data analyses.

We may share Personal Information with:

  • World First’s affiliates and other entities within Ant group, such as World First Asia Limited (contact details: privacy@worldfirst.com). For the purpose of organizing and promoting the Campaign, performing data backups, and conducting compliance, internal audit and risk control activities, we will provide them with all of the information listed in Section 1 above.
  • Marketing agencies instructed by World First.
  • World First's 20th anniversary Product Launch and Ecosystem Conference. In order to provide the prize winners of the ticket to the World First's 20th anniversary Product Launch and Ecosystem Conference, we will provide World First's 20th anniversary Product Launch and Ecosystem Conference with the World First Merchant ID or email address of the prize winners.
  • Our service providers acting on our behalf.
  • Third parties in the event of a sale or transfer of our business or assets.
  • Cooperating courier company (China Postal Express & Logistics Co., Ltd., contact detail: 11183). In order to distribute the physical prizes to the winners, we will provide the express with the winners' names, contact numbers and addresses.

We do not share or otherwise disclose Personal Information we collect about you, except as described in this Privacy Notice or otherwise disclosed to you at the time the data is collected.

World First is a global business. We may transfer or disclose Personal Information we collect about you to recipients in countries other than your country, including to China where our global headquarters are located, Hong Kong and Singapore, etc. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. We comply with applicable legal requirements providing adequate safeguards for the transfer of Personal Information to countries other than the country where you are located. When we transfer or disclose your Personal Information to other countries, we will protect that information as described in this Privacy Notice.
