万里汇（WorldFirst）外贸B2B“用了就省”1688跨境宝活动条款与细则
活动时间：即日起-2024年6月30日（北京时间）
活动对象：使用中国香港公司注册万里汇（WorldFirst）外贸B2B账号且首次使用1688跨境宝的用户。
活动详情：活动期间首次使用1688跨境宝产品的用户，免除首笔万里汇跨境宝交易服务费（最高不超过400CNH）。
奖励发放时效：活动上线日起至2024年6月30日完成活动任务，免除的服务费于2024年7月10日后的5个工作日内通过万里汇金的方式发放至账户。

服务费免除金额计算方式：
假设您在2024.05.16-2024.06.30期间首次使用跨境宝产品在1688内贸站支付采购款，您的万里汇跨境宝服务费费率为0.4%，您的1688服务费为0.2%
（1）若您的首笔交易成功且未退款的采购金额为9万CNH, 则您本次可免除的服务费金额=9万CNH*0.4%=360CNH
（2）若您的首笔交易成功且未退款的采购金额为10万CNH, 则您本次可免除的服务费金额=10万CNH*0.4%=400CNH
（3）若您的首笔交易成功且未退款的采购金额为11万CNH, 则您本次可免除的服务费金额=11万CNH*0.4%=440CNH，但因为最高可免除不超过400CNH的服务费，因此您本次可免除的服务费金额最终=400CNH
其他说明：
1. 万里汇保留与本活动有关或与之相关的所有事项 (包括条款和条件以及奖励) 的最终解释权和决定权，恕不另行通知。任何此类决定和/或决定将是最终的和具有约束力的。
2. 在领取和使用优惠的过程中，如出现违规行为，主办方有权主办方有权取消用户的奖品使用资格，并有权采取撤销违规交易，必要时追究法律责任。如您在约定期限内未提交所需信息，则视为放弃本次活动奖品。
3.在法律允许的范围内，万里汇有权随时更改或调整活动条款，或暂停或取消活动，对任何客户均不承担任何责任。相关更改或调整将在活动页面上发布或以适当方式通知客户。
4. 活动参与者需要承担参加本次活动可能产生的全部费用 (不包括因符合活动条件而获得的奖励)。
5.本活动的条款和条件应受新加坡法律管辖并根据新加坡法律解释。由本活动引起的或与本活动有关的任何争议应提交给新加坡国际仲裁中心 (“SIAC”) 在新加坡进行仲裁，并依照当前有效的仲裁规则最终解决，这些规则被视为被引用并纳入本条款 。
Promotion Period：

Promotion Participants：
WorldFirst's B2B Account new users whose business are registered in Hong Kong, China and use 1688 KJB for the first time.
Promotion Details：
During the promotion period, new users who use 1688 KJB for the first time will enjoy waiver of the service fee (up to 400CNH).
Timing of Award：
If you complete the tasks within the start date of the promotion period to June 30, 2024, the waived service fee will be issued to your account in the form of cashback within 5 business days after July 10, 2024
Method of Checking Cashback for 1688 KJB：
Please log in to your World Account and click on the Benefit Center -> Cashback to view the cash back amount and the details.
1688 KJB Calculation Method of Service Fee Waiver Amount：
Assuming that you use 1688 KJB for the first time within the period of 2024.05.16-2024.06.30 to pay for the purchase at 1688 domestic trade station, your rate for the service fee at WorldFirst is 0.4% and your 1688 service fee is 0.2%
(1) If your first transaction is successful and the purchase amount (without refunds) is 90000 CNH, the amount of service charge you can waive this time = 90000 CNH * 0.4%= 360CNH
(2) If your first transaction is successful and the purchase amount (without refunds) is 100000 CNH, the amount of service charge you can waive this time = 100000 CNH * 0.4%= 400CNH
(3) If your first transaction is successful and the purchase amount (without refunds) is 110000 CNH, the amount of service charge that you can waive this time = 110000 CNH * 0.4%= 440CNH, however because the maximum amount of service charge that you can waive this time is not more than 400CNH, the amount of service charge that you can waive this time eventually = 400CNH
Other Rules (Terms and Conditions)：
1.WorldFirst reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.
2. In the process of claiming and using the coupon and Prizes, if there is any violation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the Participant's Prize, and has the right to cancel the relevant illegal transaction. The Participant shall assume the legal responsibility if necessary. If the winner does not submit the required information within the required time limit, WorldFirst may disqualify such winner from the Promotion.
3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, and/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability. Any amendments to the Promotion will be published on the Promotion webpage and/or notified to WorldFirst customers in an appropriate manner.
4. Participants shall bear all expenses arising from and/or in connection with participating in the Promotion. Any and all applicable taxes or duties payable in relation to the Promotion shall be the responsibility of the relevant Participant.
5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC (SIAC Rules) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
