万里汇（WorldFirst）WorldTrade费率权益使用条款与条件
本条款与条件包括两种语言：中文和英文。如有任何不一致之处，一概以英文版本为准。中文译本仅供参考，不具有任何法律效力。
1. 解释权：万里汇（WorldFirst）保留与“WorldTrade费率权益”有关或与之相关的所有事项的最终解释权和决定权, 恕不另行通知。任何此类解释和/或决定将是最终且具有约束力的。
2. 适用范围：该权益仅适用于在有效期内，已开通WorldTrade并使用信用卡或借记卡完成订单交易的用户。
3. 权益说明：在权益有效期期间，获得该权益的用户在使用信用卡或借记卡完成WorldTrade订单交易时，可享受优惠服务费费率（标准服务费2.9%）。系统将默认选择使用当前用户账户内最优费率完成该笔交易。支持的卡支付方式和最终优惠金额以实际页面展示为准。
4. 有效期与失效：该权益将在规定的有效期后失效，在有效期内可以多次使用。任何未使用的费率权益不得退还或兑换现金。
5. 可叠加使用：“WorldTrade费率权益”可与其他万里汇（WorldFirst）权益叠加使用, 最终是否使用已生效的“费率权益”取决于系统默认择优后的结果。
6. 调整与更改：在法律允许的范围内，WorldTrade有权随时更改或调整本条款与条件，暂停“WorldTrade费率权益”的使用，和/或修改或取消该权益，对任何客户均不承担任何责任。相关更改和/或调整将在相关页面发布或以适当方式通知客户。
7. 领取和使用: 在领取和使用优惠的过程中，如出现违规行为，主办方有权取消用户的奖品使用资格，并有权采取撤销违规交易，必要时追究法律责任。如您在约定期限内未提交所需信息，则视为放弃本次活动奖品。
8. 知识产权：所有商标、标志和品牌名称均为其各自所有者的财产。
9. 法律管辖与争议解决：本条款与条件应受新加坡法律管辖并根据新加坡法律解释。由本条款与条件引起的或与其相关的任何争议应提交新加坡国际仲裁中心（“SIAC”）在新加坡进行仲裁，并依据当前有效的SIAC的仲裁规则最终解决,这些规则被视为被引用并纳入本条款。

These Terms and Conditions are available in two languages: Chinese and English. In the event of any conflicts, the English version shall prevail. The Chinese translation is provided for reference only and has no legal effect.
1. Interpretation Rights: WorldFirst reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or in connection with "WorldTrade Fee Rate Benefits" without prior notice. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.
2. Scope of Application: This benefit is only applicable to users who have activated WorldTrade and completed order transactions using a credit card or debit card within the validity period.
3. Benefit Descriptions: During the validity period of the benefit, users who have obtained this benefit can enjoy a discounted service fee rate (standard service fee rate is 2.9%) when completing WorldTrade order transactions using a credit card or debit card. The system will default to using the optimal rate available in the user's account to complete the transaction. The supported card payment methods and the final discounted amount are subject to the actual page display.
4. Validity and Expiration: The benefit will expire after the specified validity period and can be used multiple times within the validity period. Any unused benefits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
5. Stackable Usage: "WorldTrade Fee Rate Benefits" can be used in conjunction with other WorldFirst benefits. The final decision on whether to use the activated "WorldTrade Fee Rate Benefits" is determined by the outcome after the system has automatically selected the best option.
6. Adjustments and Changes: To the extent permitted by law, WorldTrade reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend the usage of "WorldTrade Fee Rate Benefits" and/or to modify or cancel the benefit, at any time, without liability to any customer. Relevant changes or amendments will be published on the relevant page or notified to customers in an appropriate manner.
7. Claiming and Using: In the process of claiming and using the benefit, if there is any violation, the organizer has the right to cancel the participant's benefit, and has the right to cancel the relevant illegal transaction. The participant shall assume the legal responsibility if necessary. If the participant does not submit the required information within the required time limit, WorldFirst may disqualify such winner from the activity.
8. Intellectual Property: All tradenames, trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”), in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
10. WorldFirst B2B Account refers to the account services provided by WorldFirst to businesses registered in Chinese Mainland, China/ Hong Kong, China. The account services are provided by Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd.
