How to Participate in the Promotion

Reminder: Exclusive promotion for Alipay Business Account Kuajingbao users with registered entities in Japan, South Korea, and China Taiwan.

Complete the registration of your WorldFirst account and activate 1688 Cross Border Pay.

Fill in the form on the right to sign up for the promotion before 31 July 2024. You are required to provide your Alipay Business account information (i.e., your email account) and the details of your WorldFirst MID.

Other Rules

"Cashback" refers to the cash rewards distributed by WorldFirst to customers. The calculation and usage of the distributed amount shall be subject to the interpretation of the rules published by WorldFirst.

Participation in the promotion must be based on genuine business needs and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, regulations on foreign exchanges, and other regulatory requirements. Rewards and benefits of the promotion are not transferable.

If any account abnormality is detected or intentional exploitation of loopholes in the rules to claim cashback is identified, WorldFirst has the right to immediately initiate recovery and deduct the cashback amount already issued from the balance of your account or virtual card.

The calculation of cashback rewards and the applicable rules governing them are subject to the products and services provided by WorldFirst, as well as WorldFirst's the terms and conditions.

You must strictly maintain confidentiality regarding this offer and its promotional terms and conditions, refraining from disclosing or allowing any third party access to such information. Any breach of this confidentiality obligation will constitute a material breach, and in the event of such a breach, WorldFirst reserves the right, without prejudice to other remedies, to revoke the offer and demand compensation from you for the costs and/or foreign exchange rate differential associated with the promotion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion, and/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability to any party. WorldFirst also reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period in its discretion and these Terms and Conditions shall apply to such extended Promotion Period. Any amendments to the Promotion will be published on the Promotion webpage and/or notified to New Users in an appropriate manner. Following any change or amendment to these Terms and Conditions, your continued participation in the Promotion shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions and the Promotion in force at that time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
