WorldFirst Multi-account Management
Easily manage multiple WorldFirst accounts at the same time with WorldFirst Multi-account Management; all you have to do is set up your store account as the primary account and turn on the Automatic Collection function. Not only can you link multiple sub-accounts but you may also streamline collections from these accounts to your primary account, allowing you to manage your store funds conveniently.
I. Primary account setup
1) Linking your primary account
●Set one of your WorldFirst accounts as the primary account.
●If your current account has been verified as an e-Commerce account in Mainland China, you may only link verified e-Commerce accounts from Mainland China as sub-accounts. Linking accounts from other regions is not possible.
●If your current account has been verified as an e-Commerce account in Hong Kong SAR, China, you may only link verified e-Commerce accounts from Hong Kong SAR, China as sub-accounts. Linking accounts from other regions is not possible.
●The WorldFirst account that is selected as the primary account is permanent and cannot be changed at this point in time.
2) Using the Automatic Collection function
●When setting up your primary account, you can choose whether to use the Automatic Collection function for your linked sub-accounts.
●If you choose to turn on the Automatic Collection function, all sub-account balances will be automatically transferred to your primary account at 09:00 - 11:00 and 14:00 - 16:00 GMT+8 daily. If you choose to turn off the Automatic Collection function, all sub-account balances will no longer be automatically transferred to your primary account.
●If you decide to use the Automatic Collection function to streamline collections from all sub-accounts in future, you can always turn it on via the Multi-account Management page from your primary account.
●The Automatic Collection function currently supports transferring funds in the same currency only.
●Once the Automatic Collection function has been turned on, all sub-account balances will be automatically transferred to your primary account. If the transferred currency from the sub-account is different, a collection account will be created for this currency.
3) Through the Multi-account Management page, use your primary account to:
●Check on your linked sub-accounts
●View your sub-accounts' collection currencies, balances, nicknames and other relevant information by clicking on "Details"
II. Linking your sub-accounts
1) Setting up nicknames for sub-accounts
●To differentiate multiple sub-accounts, we recommend giving each of them a nickname that is easy to remember.
2) Login and authorization
●Log in with your username, mobile number or e-mail address to authorize WorldFirst to transfer all sub-account balances to your primary account as per your Automatic Collection settings.
●When linking a sub-account, you will need to confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of the Authorization Statement and Agreement.
3) Through the Multi-account Management page, use your sub-account to:
●View details of the primary account linked to your sub-account
●The sub-accounts that you link are permanent and cannot be changed at this point in time.
III. Collecting sub-account funds
●When setting up your primary account, you can choose whether to turn on the Automatic Collection function for your sub-accounts.
●If you choose to turn on the Automatic Collection function, all sub-account balances will be automatically transferred to your primary account at 09:00 - 11:00 and 14:00 - 16:00 GMT+8 daily.
●As a primary or sub-account holder, you may also refer to the "Type" column under the Collection history page if the transfer was a result of the Automatic Collection function.
IV. Managing foreign exchange settlements
●After your first successful Automatic Collection transfer, foreign exchange settlement and trade information related to the sub-account will be transferred to the primary account.
●Subsequent foreign exchange settlement and trade information uploaded from sub-accounts will also be automatically transferred to the primary account. Foreign exchange settlements are carried out in primary accounts only.
