问题:我要查询余额和提现,但是无法登录账户后台?

Question: I want to check the balance and withdraw, but I can't log in to the account portal?

回答:为保证您的账户安全,需要您联系万里汇客服并完成相应身份验证流程,验证通过后客服会告知您账户余额。客服人员可以协助您将余额一次性提款(暂不支持换汇或结汇)。

*如您的余额低于银行最低起付金额(日元 150;其他货币 1),则无法成功提款。

Answer: In order to ensure the security of your account, you need to contact WorldFirst customer service and complete the corresponding identity verification process. After the verification is passed, the customer service will inform you of the account balance. Customer service staff can assist you to withdraw your balance at one time (foreign exchange or CNY settlement is not currently supported).

*If your balance is lower than the bank's minimum payment threshold (JPY 150; other currencies 1), the withdrawal will not be successful.

问题:账户无法使用后,我还有新的来款在途中怎么办?

Question: After the account is unavailable, what should I do if I have new incoming funds on the way?

回答:您的后续来款资金会按原路退回到打款方。如您仍有收款需求,您需要重新注册万里汇新平台账号并创建新的收款账户后提供给打款方。

Answer: Your subsequent incoming funds will be returned to the sender according to the original route. If you still need to receive payment, you need to re-register a new WorldFirst account and create a new collection account to provide it to the sender.
