a. Alipay MS may share such entity's corporate and business information and its World Account information with ANEXT Bank for purposes of account opening and disbursement of the loan by ANEXT Bank; and

b. ANEXT Bank may share information relating to any loan and account application (including the successful outcome of such application) with Alipay MS, to allow Alipay MS to contact such entity regarding payments to its suppliers and/or foreign exchange needs in connection with the ANEXT Business Loan proceeds.
