4.奖品（权益）细则

4.1 红包权益

4.1.1 "红包权益"适用于万里汇（WorldFirst）外贸B2B用户通过活动获得的优惠权益类型，"红包权益"为"非现金类型抵扣权益"，发放的"红包权益"仅适用于支持的交易场景内抵扣服务费，不可以提现或用于其他交易场景。

4.1.2 "红包权益"在有效期内，可使用余额适用于抵扣如下类型交易场景所产生的服务费：

单笔人民币结汇提款/转账服务费（目标币种为CNY）

WorldTrade中国卖家承担服务费

单笔外币同币种提款/转账服务费（仅支持目标币种为美元、欧元、英镑、港元、离岸人民币、加拿大元、新加坡元、日元、澳元、新西兰元；其他小币种暂不支持）

*客户在上述所支持的交易场景中，需勾选使用"红包权益"可减免该笔交易产生的服务费，若红包额度不足以全额减免该笔交易服务费，差额部分将按照客户当前交易的标准费率收费；

*"红包权益"不可与其他固定金额抵扣类型优惠券（结汇免费额度单次券或累计券、外币同币种抵扣券等）叠加使用，并且在有效期内可以多次使用，最终是否使用"红包权益"取决于系统默认择优后的结果。

4.1.3 "红包权益" 以人民币（CNY）为计算和发放币种，而服务费将依据当前交易订单的币种计算，优惠系统按实时汇率将产生的服务费换算成可抵扣的"红包权益"人民币金额。

4.1.4 "红包权益" 按用户实际参与的活动规则发奖时效内（1-3个工作日）发放至您的万里汇外贸B2B账户，可在"我的权益"-"红包权益"内查看发放/使用记录。

4.1.5 "红包权益"在单笔人民币结汇提款/转账交易和单笔外币同币种提款/转账交易成功时一旦核销成功，即不可退回。

4.1.6 "红包权益"仅支持在电脑端（PC端）进行操作使用

4.1.7 本活动"红包权益" 使用有效期自发放日起30天内有效。

4.2 万里汇金

4.2.1 万里汇金权益可用于在万里汇进行外币提款/转账交易、跨境宝交易和万里付卡交易时抵扣服务费使用。（跨境宝和万里付卡需提前开通）

4.2.2 万里汇金不可转让或可交换信贷、产品、特权或其他福利或实物支付，无论是全部还是部分，并且不可退款或可替换。

4.3 外币兑外币汇率券

4.5 结汇免费券（单次券）

4.5.1 "结汇免费券（单次券）"是指有效期内，客户可在进行单笔人民币（CNY）提款/转账时选择使用"单次券"减免额度对应的服务费，每张"单次券"的额度不可叠加且仅可核销一次，若额度不足以全额减免该笔交易服务费，差额部分将按照客户的费率收费。

4.5.2 "结汇免费券（单次券）" 以人民币（CNY）为基准，而服务费以账号入账币种为基准计算，因此在计算时，将依据订单当前汇率将免费额度换算成可抵扣的服务费金额。"免费额度（单次券）"扣减后计算的最终优惠金额以万里汇采用的算法为准。

4.5.3 "结汇免费券（单次券）" 将在1个工作日内发放至您的万里汇外贸B2B账户，使用有效期自发放日起30天。

5. 其他规则

5.1 万里汇保留与本活动有关或与之相关的所有事项 (包括条款和条件以及奖励) 的最终解释权和决定权，恕不另行通知。任何此类决定和/或决定将是最终的和具有约束力的。

5.2 所有优惠券将在规定的有效期后失效，任何未使用的免费额度不得退还或兑换现金。

5.3 除非另有说明，否则所有优惠券不能与其他折扣或促销同时使用。

3.1 New users Campaign

Eligible Participants: Users who register a WorldFirst B2B account using a company in mainland China/Hong Kong, and complete account authentication、first funds-in during the event period.

3.2 Referring New Users for WorldFirst B2B Account

Promotion Participants

Referrer: Users who have registered for WorldFirst B2B account and completed account verification can become referrers for purposes of this promotion (each, a "Referrer").

Referred Person: Eligible new users established or registered in Chinese Mainland, China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions), who have not applied for a WorldFirst B2B Account, and successfully registers for a new WorldFirst B2B Account through an exclusive referral link shared by the Referrers and completed account verification process during the promotion can be a referred person for purposes of this promotion ("Referred Person").

Description of the Promotion

During the Promotion Period, the Referrer can share their exclusive referral link to the Referred Person.

If the Referred Person successfully registers for a new WorldFirst B2B Account through the exclusive referral link shared by a Referrer and completed account verification, and meets one of the following conditions within 90 days after registration:

receive funds (including transactions made using WorldTrade) into its WorldFirst B2B Account in an aggregate amount of at least $1000 USD*;

Receive funds via WorldTrade into its WorldFirst B2B Account in an aggregate amount of at least $500 USD*

collectively "Reward Criteria", and if a Referred Person satisfies the Reward Criteria, the Referrer will be eligible to receive the corresponding promotional rewards in accordance with these terms.

*If the fund received is not in US dollar, it will be calculated based on the conversion to US dollar, and the exchange rate of WorldFirst shall prevail

*WorldTrade incoming funds refer to payments received through WorldTrade and settled into your WorldFirst account balance (excluding pending transactions).

Descriptions of the Rewards for Referrer

* Examples:

1. Customer A recommends 2 friends during the Promotion Period, and both friends achieve the Reward Criteria within 90 days after registration, then Customer A can obtain 200CNH WorldFirst Cashback*2 +Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 400*2 after the Promotion Period. The cumulative amount is equal to WorldFirst Cashback of 400CNH + Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 800.

2. Customer B recommends 4 friends during the Promotion Period, and all 4 friends achieve the Reward Criteria within 90 days after registration, then Customer B can obtain 200CNH WorldFirst Cashback*4 + Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 400*2 + Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 600*2 after the Promotion Period. The cumulative amount is equal to WorldFirst Cashback of 800CNH + Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 2000.

3. Customer C recommends 7 friends during the Promotion Period, and all 7 friends achieve the Reward Criteria within 90 days after registration, then Customer C can obtain 200CNH WorldFirst Cashback*7 + Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 400*2 + Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 600*3 + Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 800*2 after the Promotion Period. The cumulative amount is equal to WorldFirst Cashback of 1400CNH+ Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 4200.

Description of the Rewards Process for the Referrers:

Reward A: on the 15th of each month (postponed to the next working day in the case of holidays), the "cash back" from the previous natural month will be calculated and released, and WorldFirst will notify the Referrers in the form of text messages and emails. The Referrers can follow the instructions in the text message or emails and login to WorldFirst B2B official website to check the crediting status of the referral rewards.

Reward B: the reward will be issued within 1-3 working days after the Reward Criteria has been achieved, log in to WorldFirst B2B account to check the same. The benefit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Description of the Rewards for Referred Person

Reward A: After the Referred Person registers through the referral link and completes the account verification, he/she can enjoy the benefits available for the new users. (This part of the promotion will be updated continuously, for further details, please refer to the instructions on the registration page for Referred Person.)

Reward B: After the Referred Person registers through the referral link and achieves the Reward Criteria within 90 days after registration, the Referred Person will be rewarded Fee Deduction Benefit of CNY 50. (The reward will be issued within 10 working days after the Reward Criteria has been satisfied. Please log in to WorldFirst B2B account at "My Benefits" to check the same. The benefit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance)

Description of other restrictions:

a.If the Referred Person has transaction which has been deemed invalid, lapsed, canceled or revoked, the corresponding rewards will be canceled.

b.All coupons shall lapse after the stated validity period and any unused free quota cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

c.All the coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

d. The legal representative of the company registered and used by the Referred Person cannot be the same as the legal representative of the Referrer's company.

4.Prizes (Benefits) Terms and Conditions

4.1 Fee Deduction Benefit

4.1.1 The "Fee Deduction Benefit" refers to the benefits obtained through promotions specifically offered to WorldFirst B2B users. These benefits are "non-cash deduction rights," meaning they can only be used to offset service fees within supported transaction scenarios and cannot be withdrawn as cash or applied to other trading contexts.

4.1.2 Within the validity period, the available balance of "Fee Deduction Benefit" can be utilized to offset service fees for the following types of transactions:

Single transaction service fee for RMB settlement/transfer (target currency CNY)

Service fee borne by WorldTrade sellers in China

Single transaction service fee for withdrawal/transfer in the same foreign currency (only supports target currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, CNH, CAD, SGD, JPY, AUD, NZD; other minor currencies are not supported yet)

*WorldFirst B2B users engaging in the aforementioned transactions must select to apply their "Fee Deduction Benefit" to deduct the service fee incurred by that transaction. If the Fee Deduction Benefit balance is insufficient to fully cover the service fee, the remaining amount will be charged at the users' standard rate for the current transaction.

*The "Fee Deduction Benefit" cannot be combined with other fixed-amount discount coupons (such as individual or accumulated foreign exchange fee waiver coupons, same-currency foreign exchange deduction coupons, etc.), and it can be utilized multiple times within its validity period. Ultimately, whether the "Fee Deduction Benefit" is applied is determined by the outcome after the system has automatically selected the best option.

4.1.3 "Fee Deduction Benefit" are calculated and issued in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Service fees, however, are calculated based on the currency of the current transaction order, with the system converting the service fee into a CNY equivalent for deduction amount using real-time exchange rates.

4.1.4 "Fee Deduction Benefit" will be credited to your WorldFirst B2B account within the award distribution timeframe specified by the event rules (1-3 working days), and can be viewed in the "My Benefits-My Coupon"section, including issuance and usage records.

4.1.5 Once "Fee Deduction Benefit" are successfully redeemed against individual CNY exchange and withdrawal/remittance transactions or single-currency foreign currency withdrawal/remittance transactions, they cannot be refunded.

4.1.6 The "Fee Deduction Benefit" is available for use on the computer (PC) portal only.

4.1.7 "Fee Deduction Benefit" is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

4.2 WorldFirst cashback

4.2.1 WorldFirst cashback can be directly used to offset service fees for withdrawal/transfer transactions, World Pay and World Card transactions (World Pay and World Card services need to be activated in advance).

4.2.2 The Cashback is not transferable or exchangeable for credit, products, or privileges or other benefits or payment in kind, whether in full or in part, and is not refundable or replaceable.

4.3 Foreign Currency to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Coupon

4.3.1 "Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Coupon" refers to a coupon used for currency exchange and single cross currency withdrawal/transfer transactions on a computer (PC). This coupon entitles you to enjoy foreign exchange rate discounts when using the WorldFirst B2B account for currency exchange and single cross currency withdrawal/transfer transactions, and is not applicable to mobile applications.

4.3.2 "Foreign currency to foreign currency exchange coupon" is applicable to currency exchange of USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, AUD, JPY, NZD, SGD, CAD, PLN, THB, AED, CHF, SEK, ZAR, SAR, MXN, MYR, PHP, TRY, IDR and other currencies, as well as cross currency withdrawal/transfer transaction scenarios.

4.3.3 The "exchange rate coupons" we provide must comply with relevant national or regional regulatory regulations, and the final discount amount shall be based on the discount amount displayed on the transaction page.

4.3.4 The validity period of the "exchange rate coupon" in this promotional activity is 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused exchange rate coupon cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

4.4 CNH to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Coupon

4.4.1 "Offshore RMB to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Coupon" refers to a coupon used for currency exchange and single cross currency withdrawal/transfer transactions on a computer (PC). This coupon entitles you to enjoy foreign exchange rate discounts when using the WorldFirst B2B account for currency exchange and single cross currency withdrawal/transfer transactions, and is not applicable to mobile applications.

4.4.2 The "Offshore RMB to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Coupon" is only applicable to the conversion of offshore RMB CNH into USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, AUD, JPY, NZD, SGD, CAD, PLN, THB, AED, CHF, SEK, ZAR, SAR, MXN, MYR, PHP, TRY, IDR, etc.

4.4.3 The "exchange rate coupons" we provide must comply with relevant national or regional regulatory regulations, and the final discount amount shall be based on the discount amount displayed on the transaction page.

4.4.4 The validity period of the "exchange rate coupon" in this promotional activity is 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused exchange rate coupon cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

4.5 CNY Free Quota (single-use coupon)

4.5.1 Free quota (single-use coupon) may be used within its validity period to waive the service fees up to a corresponding quota when making a single Chinese Yuan (CNY) withdrawal/transfer transaction where CNY is the receiving currency. The quota of each coupon cannot be stacked and can only be redeemed once. If the quota is not sufficient to fully waive the service fee for the transaction, the remaining amount will be charged according to the user's fee rate.

4.5.2 Free quota (single-use coupon) is denominated in CNY, while the service fees are calculated based on the transaction currency. Therefore, during calculation, the free quota will be converted into the equivalent service fee amount based on the current exchange rate of the transaction order. The final discounted amount, calculated after deducting the Free quota (single-use coupon) is subject to the algorithm adopted by WorldFirst.

4.5.3 Free quota (single-use coupon) will be disbursed to your WorldFirst B2B Account within 1 working day and valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

5.Further Terms

5.1 World First reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.

5.2 All the coupons shall be invalid after the stated validity period. Any unused free quota cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

5.3 A coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

5.4 By registering/signing up through this Promotion page, you agree that we may send you notifications regarding products, services and marketing discounts via email, SMS, etc.

5.5 In the process of claiming and using the coupon and Prizes, if there is any violation, WorldFirst as the organizer has the right to cancel the Participant's Prize, and has the right to cancel the relevant illegal transaction. The Participant shall assume the legal responsibility if necessary. If the winner does not submit the required information within the required time limit, World First may disqualify such winner from the Promotion.

5.6 To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, and/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability. Any amendments to the Promotion will be published on the Promotion webpage and/or notified to WordFirst users in an appropriate manner.

5.7 Participants shall bear all expenses arising from and/or in connection with participating in the Promotion. Any and all applicable taxes or duties payable in relation to the Promotion shall be the responsibility of the relevant Participant.

5.8 All tradenames, trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

5.10 These Terms and Conditions are available in two languages: Chinese and English. In the event of any conflicts, the English version shall prevail. The Chinese translation is provided for reference only and has no legal effect.

5.11 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC (SIAC Rules) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
