我们所提供的“小币种汇率优惠券”需要遵守相关的国家或地区监管规定。最终优惠幅度以交易页面显示的优惠金额为准。

“小币种汇率优惠券”将在优惠期后失效。任何未使用的汇率券不得退还或兑换现金。

3.4 新客使用WorldTrade收款入账

活动对象：活动期间，中国内地/中国香港公司注册的万里汇（WorldFirst）外贸B2B账户，且从未使用WorldTrade服务成功完成订单支付。

活动攻略：符合活动要求的活动对象，在活动有效期内（2025年8月1日至2025年8月31日（北京时间））完成WorldTrade入账金额大于等于500美金可得￥100元红包权益。

权益说明：以上权益适用于活动对象完成活动任务后，7个自然日内生效，权益有效期为自发放日起30天。WorldTrade入账成功与否与相应金额，以活动用户在活动期间【WordTrade】-【交易记录】已放款订单的累计放款金额为准。WorldTrade使用条款请以实际产品使用时展示为准。

3.5 体验万里付卡享返现活动

活动内容：活动期间，客户使用万里付卡World Card的自然月累计支付交易额，按照支付交易金额对应不同的返现比例：支付交易金额在5000美元（含）至30,000美元之间，将提供0.3%的返现奖励。支付交易金额在30,000美元（含）至100,000美元之间，将提供0.6%的返现奖励。对于交易金额大于或等于100,000美元的部分，返现奖励0.8%。 （活动截止日期为2025年9月30日），次月月末前发放上个月返现金额。

返现发放方法：返现金额将直接发放到您的万里汇账户中，您可在万里汇账户【首页】-【我的权益】-【我的万里汇金】中查看详情。

特别说明：若您收到本次活动的返现金额后，对返现金额存在疑问，您可以登录万里汇账号，点击【万里付卡World Card】-【交易明细】，选择具体的交易时间段进行查询；由于交易清算存在一定的时间周期，请扩展所选的时间段，比如您需要核对1月份的返现明细，建议开始时间选为12月1日起，下载明细之后，筛选清算完成时间在1月份的交易进行统计。

4.奖品（权益）细则

4.1 红包权益

4.1.1 “红包权益”适用于万里汇（WorldFirst）外贸B2B用户通过活动获得的优惠权益类型，“红包权益”为“非现金类型抵扣权益”，发放的“红包权益”仅适用于支持的交易场景内抵扣服务费，不可以提现或用于其他交易场景。

4.1.2 “红包权益”在有效期内，可使用余额适用于抵扣如下类型交易场景所产生的服务费：

单笔人民币结汇提款/转账服务费（目标币种为CNY）

WorldTrade中国卖家承担服务费

单笔外币同币种提款/转账服务费（仅支持目标币种为美元、欧元、英镑、港元、离岸人民币、加拿大元、新加坡元、日元、澳元、新西兰元；其他小币种暂不支持）

*客户在上述所支持的交易场景中，需勾选使用“红包权益”可减免该笔交易产生的服务费，若红包额度不足以全额减免该笔交易服务费，差额部分将按照客户当前交易的标准费率收费；

*“红包权益”不可与其他固定金额抵扣类型优惠券（结汇免费额度单次券或累计券、外币同币种抵扣券等）叠加使用，并且在有效期内可以多次使用，最终是否使用“红包权益”取决于系统默认择优后的结果。

4.1.3 “红包权益” 以人民币（CNY）为计算和发放币种，而服务费将依据当前交易订单的币种计算，优惠系统按实时汇率将产生的服务费换算成可抵扣的“红包权益”人民币金额。

4.1.4 “红包权益” 按用户实际参与的活动规则发奖时效内（1-3个工作日）发放至您的万里汇外贸B2B账户，可在“我的权益”-“红包权益”内查看发放/使用记录。

4.1.5 “红包权益”在单笔人民币结汇提款/转账交易和单笔外币同币种提款/转账交易成功时一旦核销成功，即不可退回。

4.1.6 “红包权益”仅支持在电脑端（PC端）进行操作使用

4.1.7 本活动“红包权益” 使用有效期自发放日起30天内有效。

4.2 结汇费率权益

4.2.1 “费率权益”是指权益生效后（有效期内），用户在人民币（CNY）单笔提款/转账时即可使用该权益所提供的优惠结汇费率，系统将默认选择使用当前用户账户内最优费率完成该笔交易。（用户在同一时间内，将会有标准费率、优惠费率和费率权益三种类型的费率）

4.2.2 “费率权益”可与其他任何结汇优惠券（免费额度）叠加，并且在有效期内可以多次使用，最终是否使用已生效的“费率权益”取决于系统默认择优后的结果。

4.2.3 “费率权益”目前仅限用于用户单笔提款/转账目标币种为人民币（CNY）的交易。

4.2.4 “费率权益” 使用后计算的最终优惠金额以万里汇采用的算法为准。

4.2.5 “费率权益”仅支持在电脑端（PC端）进行操作使用

4.4 结汇免费券（单次券）

4.4.1 “结汇免费券（单次券）”是指有效期内，客户可在进行单笔人民币（CNY）提款/转账时选择使用“单次券”减免额度对应的服务费，每张“单次券”的额度不可叠加且仅可核销一次，若额度不足以全额减免该笔交易服务费，差额部分将按照客户的费率收费。

4.4.2 “结汇免费券（单次券）” 以人民币（CNY）为基准，而服务费以账号入账币种为基准计算，因此在计算时，将依据订单当前汇率将免费额度换算成可抵扣的服务费金额。“免费额度（单次券）”扣减后计算的最终优惠金额以万里汇采用的算法为准。

4.5 汇率优惠券

4.5.1 “汇率券”是指在电脑（PC）端进行货币兑换以及单笔跨币种提款/转账交易时的优惠券，该优惠券让您有权在使用万里汇外贸B2B账户进行货币兑换以及单笔跨币种提款/转账交易时享受外汇汇率优惠，不适用于移动端程序。

4.5.2 我们所提供的“汇率券”需要遵守相关的国家或地区监管规定。最终优惠幅度以交易页面显示的优惠金额为准。

4.5.3“汇率体验券”将在优惠期后失效。任何未使用的汇率券不得退还或兑换现金。

5. 其他规则

5.1 万里汇保留与本活动有关或与之相关的所有事项 (包括条款和条件以及奖励) 的最终解释权和决定权，恕不另行通知。任何此类决定和/或决定将是最终的和具有约束力的。

5.2 所有优惠券将在规定的有效期后失效，任何未使用的免费额度不得退还或兑换现金。

5.3 除非另有说明，否则所有优惠券不能与其他折扣或促销同时使用。

5.6 在法律允许的范围内，万里汇有权随时更改或调整活动条款，或暂停或取消活动，对任何客户均不承担任何责任。相关更改或调整将在活动页面上发布或以适当方式通知客户。

5.7 活动参与者需要承担参加本次活动可能产生的全部费用 (不包括因符合活动条件而获得的奖励)。

5.8 所有商标、标志和品牌名称均为其各自所有者的财产。

5.10 本条款与条件包括两种语言：中文和英文。如有任何不一致之处，一概以英文版本为准。中文译本仅供参考，不具有任何法律效力。

5.11 本活动的条款和条件应受新加坡法律管辖并根据新加坡法律解释。由本活动引起的或与本活动有关的任何争议应提交给新加坡国际仲裁中心 (“SIAC”) 在新加坡进行仲裁，并依照当前有效的仲裁规则最终解决，这些规则被视为被引用并纳入本条款 。

3.1 New users enjoy rewards without threshold

Eligible Participants: Users who register a WorldFirst B2B account using a company in mainland China/Hong Kong, and complete account authentication and first funds-in during the event period.

Promotion details: Participants who meet the promotion requirements and complete the account authentication within the validity period of the promotion will receive a rewards of ￥30,000 Free quota (single-use coupon) . Participants who complete the first funds-in will also receive ￥50,000 Free quota (single-use coupon) and Exchange Rate Experience Coupon×2.

3.2 New users Fee Rate Benefits

During the promotion period (August 1th to August 15th, 2025), new users who have successfully registered and achieved the required cumulative foreign exchange settlement amount can enjoy a limited time discounted foreign exchange rate within the validity period of the promotional offer.

During the activity period (August 1-August 31, 2025), new customers who complete their first entry and reach the standard of accumulated foreign exchange settlement amount during the activity period can obtain preferential foreign exchange settlement rate.

Task 1: The accumulated settlement amount of the account during the activity period is ≥ $10000 (USD), and the corresponding 0.35 settlement rate interest is issued, and the interest is valid until August 31, 2025;

Task 2: The accumulated settlement amount of the account during the activity period is ≥ $50000 (USD), and the corresponding 0.30 settlement rate interest is issued, and the interest is valid until August 31, 2025;

Promotion details: During the promotional period from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, customers get a “small currency foreign exchange coupon” for free, and use it after receiving payments in NGN/KES through your local African accounts, then convert the funds.

Coupon Usage Rules:

The "Small Currency Exchange Rate Coupon" is applicable for the conversion of Nigerian Naira (NGN) and Kenyan Shilling (KES) to US Dollar (USD) transactions.

Validity Period:Upon successful receipt by the user, the "Small Currency Exchange Rate Coupon" will be instantly credited to the WorldFirst account. The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can be used multiple times.

The "Small Currency Exchange Rate Coupon" provided by us must comply with relevant national or regional regulatory requirements. The final discount rate is subject to the discount amount displayed on the transaction page.

The "Small Currency Exchange Rate Coupon" will expire after the promotional period. Any unused coupons cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

3.4 New users use WorldTrade to receive payments

Eligible Participants: During the promotional event,users with companies registered in Mainland China/ Hong Kong and have a WorldFirst B2B account, and have not successfully completed order payments using WorldTrade services previously.

Promotion details: Participants who meet the requirements of the promotional event and complete their WorldTrade transaction funds-in more than 500 US dollar during the activity validity period(August 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025 (Beijing time)) can receive a ¥ 100 rewards benefit.

Benefits Description: The above benefits are applicable to promotion eligible participants who complete the required promotional tasks and will take effect within 7 natural days upon issuance. The benefits will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Whether the WorldTrade order amount is successfully received and the corresponding amount are determined based on the total disbursed amount of orders marked as "disbursed" under [WorldTrade] - [Transaction History] during the promotion period. The WorldTrade terms of use shall be based on the actual product usage displayed.

3.5 Experience the cashback by using World Card

Event description: During the promotional period, users will be able to get cashback for the cumulative monthly payment transaction amounts using World Card according to different tiers based on the payment transaction amount:

A 0.3% cashback will be rewarded for payment transactions equal to or greater than $5,000 and up to $30,000."

A 0.6% cashback will be rewarded for payment transactions equal to or greater than $30000 and up to $100000."

For card transactions with an amount greater than or equal to $100000, a cashback of 0.8% will be rewarded. The promotion will be ongoing for three natural months （until 30 September 2025）, and the cashback amount from previous month will be distributed before the end of the following month.

Method of cashback distribution: The cashback amount will be directly distributed to your WorldFirst account. You can check the details in the "Home" - "My Rights" - "My WorldFirst cashback" section of your WorldFirst account.

Special note: If you have any questions about the cashback amount after receiving it from this promotion, you can log in to your WorldFirst account, click on "World Card" - "Transaction Details", and select the specific transaction time period to check. Due to the time cycle involved in transaction settlement, you need to extend the selected time period. For example, if you need to verify reward details for January, it is recommended to set the start date as December 1st. After downloading the transaction records, filter transactions with settlement completion time in January for statistical purposes.

4.Prizes (Benefits) Terms and Conditions

4.1 Fee Deduction Benefit

4.1.1 The "Fee Deduction Benefit" refers to the benefits obtained through promotions specifically offered to WorldFirst B2B users. These benefits are "non-cash deduction rights," meaning they can only be used to offset service fees within supported transaction scenarios and cannot be withdrawn as cash or applied to other trading contexts.

4.1.2 Within the validity period, the available balance of "Fee Deduction Benefit" can be utilized to offset service fees for the following types of transactions:

Single transaction service fee for RMB settlement/transfer (target currency CNY)

Service fee borne by WorldTrade sellers in China

Single transaction service fee for withdrawal/transfer in the same foreign currency (only supports target currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, CNH, CAD, SGD, JPY, AUD, NZD; other minor currencies are not supported yet)

*WorldFirst B2B users engaging in the aforementioned transactions must select to apply their "Fee Deduction Benefit" to deduct the service fee incurred by that transaction. If the Fee Deduction Benefit balance is insufficient to fully cover the service fee, the remaining amount will be charged at the users‘ standard rate for the current transaction.

*The "Fee Deduction Benefit" cannot be combined with other fixed-amount discount coupons (such as individual or accumulated foreign exchange fee waiver coupons, same-currency foreign exchange deduction coupons, etc.), and it can be utilized multiple times within its validity period. Ultimately, whether the "Fee Deduction Benefit " is applied is determined by the outcome after the system has automatically selected the best option.

4.1.3 "Fee Deduction Benefit" are calculated and issued in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Service fees, however, are calculated based on the currency of the current transaction order, with the system converting the service fee into a CNY equivalent for deduction amount using real-time exchange rates.

4.1.4 "Fee Deduction Benefit" will be credited to your WorldFirst B2B account within the award distribution timeframe specified by the event rules (1-3 working days), and can be viewed in the "My Benefits-My Coupon"section, including issuance and usage records.

4.1.5 Once "Fee Deduction Benefit" are successfully redeemed against individual CNY exchange and withdrawal/remittance transactions or single-currency foreign currency withdrawal/remittance transactions, they cannot be refunded.

4.1.6 The "Fee Deduction Benefit" is available for use on the computer (PC) portal only.

4.1.7 "Fee Deduction Benefit" is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

4.2 Fee Rate Benefits

4.2.1 "Fee Rate Benefits" refer to the promotional exchange rate that users can utilize for single CNY (CNY) withdrawal/transfer transactions after the benefit becomes effective (within its validity period). The system will default to using the most favorable rate available in the user‘s current account to complete the transaction. (Users will have access to three types of rates at the same time: standard rates, promotional rates, and fee rate benefits.)

4.2.2 "Fee Rate Benefits" can be combined with any other currency settlement discount vouchers (free quota) and can be used multiple times within the validity period. The final decision on whether to use the activated "rate benefits" is determined by the outcome after the system has automatically selected the best option.

4.2.3 "Fee Rate Benefits" are currently restricted for use by users on single withdrawal/transfer transactions with the target currency being Chinese Yuan (CNY).

4.2.4 The final discount amount calculated after using "Fee Rate Benefits" is determined by the algorithm used by WorldFirst.

4.2.5 The "Fee Rate Benefits" is available for use on the computer (PC) portal only.

4.4 CNY Free Quota (single-use coupon)

4.4.1 Free quota (single-use coupon) may be used within its validity period to waive the service fees up to a corresponding quota when making a single Chinese Yuan (CNY) withdrawal/transfer transaction where CNY is the receiving currency. The quota of each coupon cannot be stacked and can only be redeemed once. If the quota is not sufficient to fully waive the service fee for the transaction, the remaining amount will be charged according to the user‘s fee rate.

4.4.2 Free quota (single-use coupon) is denominated in CNY, while the service fees are calculated based on the transaction currency. Therefore, during calculation, the free quota will be converted into the equivalent service fee amount based on the current exchange rate of the transaction order. The final discounted amount, calculated after deducting the Free quota (single-use coupon) is subject to the algorithm adopted by WorldFirst.

4.5 Exchange Rate Coupon

4.5.1 "Exchange Rate Experience Coupon" refers to a coupon used for currency exchange and single cross currency withdrawal/transfer transactions on a computer (PC). This coupon entitles you to enjoy foreign exchange rate discounts when using the WorldFirst Foreign Trade B2B account for currency exchange and single cross currency withdrawal/transfer transactions, and is not applicable to mobile applications.

4.5.2 The "Exchange Rate Experience Coupon" we provide must comply with relevant national or regional regulatory requirements. The final discount amount is based on the discount amount displayed on the transaction page.

4.5.3 The "Minor Currency Exchange Rate Experience Coupon" will expire after the discount period. Any unused exchange rate coupons cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

5.Further Terms

5.1 World First reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.

5.2 All the coupons shall be invalid after the stated validity period. Any unused free quota cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

5.3 A coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

5.4 By registering/signing up through this Promotion page, you agree that we may send you notifications regarding products, services and marketing discounts via email, SMS, etc.

5.5 In the process of claiming and using the coupon and Prizes, if there is any violation, WorldFirst as the organizer has the right to cancel the Participant‘s Prize, and has the right to cancel the relevant illegal transaction. The Participant shall assume the legal responsibility if necessary. If the winner does not submit the required information within the required time limit, World First may disqualify such winner from the Promotion.

5.6 To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, and/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability. Any amendments to the Promotion will be published on the Promotion webpage and/or notified to WordFirst users in an appropriate manner.

5.7 Participants shall bear all expenses arising from and/or in connection with participating in the Promotion. Any and all applicable taxes or duties payable in relation to the Promotion shall be the responsibility of the relevant Participant.

5.8 All tradenames, trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

5.9 WorldFirst B2B Account refers to the account services provided by World First to businesses registered in Chinese Mainland/ Hong Kong. The account services are provided by WorldFirst (Singapore) Merchant Services Pte. Ltd. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

5.10 These Terms and Conditions are available in two languages: Chinese and English. In the event of any conflicts, the English version shall prevail. The Chinese translation is provided for reference only and has no legal effect.

5.11 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC (SIAC Rules) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
