How to get the refund of an order?

If you have reached an agreement with the seller, you may ask your seller to initiate the refund.

After a refund is successfully submitted, the funds are expected to be returned to the your original payment method within 7 working days. The exact time depends on the policies and processing times of your card-issuing bank.

Note: Refunds are only supported for orders within 360 days from the successful payment date; transaction service fees are not refundable.
