Welcome to use the upgraded WorldFirst B2B Account Portal

In order to improve the customer's product experience, we have comprehensively upgraded and updated the B2B Account portal and account service of WorldFirst.

Product Experience Upgrade

The product experience you will receive includes:

  • Multi-currency collection account: supports multi-currency local collection account and Hong Kong/Singapore collection account, covering 10 major currencies in the world
  • Fund withdrawal experience: supports flexible withdrawal to RMB account, foreign currency account or Alipay account
  • Foreign trade payment scenario: supports * RMB/foreign currency payment to suppliers and 1688 (to be launched later)
  • Foreign trade order management: addition of intelligent order online management function
  • Local customer service: increased access to customer service, and extension of the service period to 7*15 hours

* RMB payment to suppliers: limited to mainland Chinese customers, and to specific scenarios. Supporting documents will be required

* Cross-border China business is provided by WorldFirst in cooperation with domestic licensed entities (banks or payment institutions)


Focus on the most important upgrades

Changes in account structure

  • Your collection account has not changed and will not affect the normal collection of the account.
  • The new portal automatically collects the same currency and different sources of collection funds into the same currency balance account. You can view your currency balance on the Home Page.
  • Withdrawals/transfers and other funds transaction are deducted directly from the currency balance account.

Collection upgrade

  • You need to add new orders through [Order Management]. When funds are received, you need to Verify the fund with orders.
  • You can transfer funds to your WorldFirst account through [Add Money] with your own business bank accounts to pay for third-party suppliers (purchases).

Payment upgrade

  • You no longer need to withdraw / transfer money through manual customer service, and the operation of payments can be completed by yourself in the [Funds Management] function section.
  • New convenient payment function such as VAT, 1688 KuaJingBao.

CNY withdrawal/transfer

  • In order to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on the authenticity of cross-border transactions, when you withdraw/transfer CNY, you are required to provide the order contract and logistics voucher corresponding to the recorded funds as the real trade basis for the settlement of foreign exchange orders.
  • You need to obtain the [CNY settlement amount] through the association [CNY settlement order]

  • In order to make it easier for you to see more clear details of the rate and exchange rate, we will split the rate and exchange rate on the transaction page for display, and the charging standard will remain unchanged.
