Promotion Terms and conditions of FX Discount Coupon (the “Promotion”)
"FX Discount Coupon" refers to the coupon that you may use for your foreign exchange transaction which will entitle you to a discount off your foreign exchange rate for eligible foreign exchange conversion transactions performed by you using your World Account.
1. The Promotion shall be subject to the World Account Terms and Conditions of World First Asia Limited (“WorldFirst”).
2. The validity period for Promotion is stated on the FX Discount Coupon (the “Offer Period”).
3. The FX Discount Coupon is applicable for currency conversions of relevant currencies to RMB (the “FX Transaction”).
4. Foreign exchange rates offered by us for currency conversion into RMB may be subject to compliance with applicable PRC requirements. Accordingly, there is no assurance that the final discounted exchange rates offered by us will reflect the full extent of the discount indicated on the FX Discount Coupon.
5. The FX Discount Coupon shall lapse after the Offer Period and any unused FX Discount Coupons shall not be refundable or exchangeable for cash.
6. This FX Discount Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
7. You must strictly abide by the confidentiality obligations and Promotion terms and conditions, and shall not disclose or allow any third party to obtain such information. Any violation of this confidentiality obligation shall be deemed as a major breach of contract. If this occurs, WorldFirst may, without affecting other remedial measures, cancel the discount and require you to compensate for the difference for the amount equivalent to the exchange rate corresponding to the FX Discount Coupon.
8. WorldFirst reserves the sole and absolute discretion to, at any time, withdraw, amend, suspend and/or cancel (in whole or in part) the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
9. Should there be any disputes arising from the Promotion, WorldFirst reserves the right to the final decision.
10. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong"), without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts in connection with any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.

12. These terms and conditions is in both languages, English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version is the original language and the Chinese version is a translation for information purposes only. In case of conflict, the English version will prevail and will therefore be the binding version for both parties.
点差汇率券的推广条款和条件（以下简称"优惠"）
"汇率券"是指您可用于外汇交易的优惠券，该优惠券让您有权在使用WorldAccount进行
外汇兑换的交易时的享受外汇汇率折扣“。
1.本优惠受限于WorldFirstAsiaLimited（以下简称"万里汇"）的WorldAccount条款和条
件。
2.优惠的有效期记录在汇率券中（“优惠期”）。
3.汇率券适用于有关货币兑换成人民币的兑换交易（“有关兑换交易”）。
4.我们所提供的人民币汇率需要遵守相关的中国监管规定。因此，我们不能保证所提供
的最终折扣汇率会反映汇率券所体现的折扣幅度。
5.汇率券将在优惠期后失效。任何未使用的汇率券不得退还或兑换现金。
6.除非其他优惠条款有另外说明，本优惠不能与其他优惠同时使用。
7.您必须严格保密本优惠及推广条款和条件，不得透露或容许任何第三方获取该等信息。
任何违反此保密义务的行为均被视为重大违约，如发生该情况，万里汇可在不影响其
他补救措施的情况下，取消该优惠并要求您补偿优惠对应的费用和/或汇率的差额部分。
8.万里汇保留随时修订、暂停或取消本优惠和修订其条款和条件的酌情权。
9.如有任何争议，万里汇保留最终决定权。
10.本优惠受香港特别行政区（以下简称"香港"）的法律管辖并根据其解释，而不考虑其
法律冲突原则。您和万里汇同意不可撤销地接受香港法院的专属管辖权。

12.本条款用中英文编写。如果两者之间出现任何不一致，那么英文版将作为原版，中文
版是翻译版，仅供参考。如果出现冲突，那么将以英文版为准，英文版是对双方都有
约束力的版本。
