5.奖品（权益）说明

5.1 结汇免费券（单次券）

5.1.1 “结汇免费券（单次券）”是指有效期内，客户可在进行单笔人民币（CNY）提款/转账时选择使用“单次券”减免额度对应的服务费，每张“单次券”的额度不可叠加且仅可核销一次，若额度不足以全额减免该笔交易服务费，差额部分将按照客户的费率收费。5.1.2 “结汇免费券（单次券）” 以人民币（CNY）为基准，而服务费以账号入账币种为基准计算，因此在计算时，将依据订单当前汇率将免费额度换算成可抵扣的服务费金额。“免费额度（单次券）”扣减后计算的最终优惠金额以万里汇采用的算法为准。5.1.3 “结汇免费券（单次券）” 将在完成活动任务后3个工作日内发放至您的万里汇外贸B2B账户，使用有效期自发放日起30天。

5.2 CNH兑外币汇率体验券

5.2.1 “CNH兑外币汇率体验券”是指在电脑（PC）端进行货币兑换以及单笔跨币种提款/转账交易时的优惠券，该优惠券让您有权在使用万里汇外贸B2B账户进行货币兑换以及单笔跨币种提款/转账交易时享受外汇汇率优惠，不适用于移动端程序。 5.2.2 “CNH兑外币汇率体验券”仅适用于离岸人民币CNH兑换美元USD、欧元EUR、英镑GBP、港元HKD、澳元AUD、日元JPY、新西兰元NZD、新加坡元SGD和加元CAD 九大币种的货币兑换以及跨币种提款/转账交易场景使用。5.2.3 我们所提供的“CNH兑外币汇率体验券”需要遵守相关的国家或地区监管规定。最终优惠幅度以交易页面显示的优惠金额为准。5.2.4 “CNH兑外币汇率体验券”将在优惠期后失效。任何未使用的汇率券不得退还或兑换现金。

5.3 外币同币种付款抵扣券

5.3.1“外币抵扣券”仅限用于提出币种和收款币种一致的付款交易，例如您提出币种为美元，收款币种为美元的情况即为外币同币种提款/转账。服务费为美元定价，如您提款和收款币种为其他支持的币种（例如：欧元），以交易时汇率换算为提出币种金额，请以交易确认页服务费金额为准。5.3.2“外币抵扣券”是指在电脑（PC）端进行单笔外币同币种提款/转账交易时享有专属的外币同币种付款服务费抵扣券。不适用于移动端程序。

5.4 1688跨境宝服务费返现

5.4.1 1688跨境宝服务费免除方式先按照您的万里汇跨境宝服务费费率收取相应的服务费，再7月10日后5个工作日内将首笔万里汇交易服务费返还至您的万里汇金账户5.4.2 1688跨境宝服务费免除金额计算方式假设您在2024.05.16-2024.06.30期间首次使用跨境宝产品在1688内贸站支付采购款，您的万里汇跨境宝服务费费率为0.4%，您的1688服务费为0.2%（1）若您的首笔交易成功且未退款的采购金额为9万CNH, 则您本次可免除的服务费金额=9万CNH*0.4%=360CNH（2）若您的首笔交易成功且未退款的采购金额为10万CNH, 则您本次可免除的服务费金额=10万CNH*0.4%=400CNH（3）若您的首笔交易成功且未退款的采购金额为11万CNH, 则您本次可免除的服务费金额=11万CNH*0.4%=440CNH，但因为最高可免除不超过400CNH的服务费，因此您本次可免除的服务费金额最终=400CNH5.4.3 1688跨境宝服务费返现时间2024年7月10号操作返现，5个工作日内到账5.4.4 查看1688跨境宝返现方式请登录万里汇账号，点击权益中心—万里汇金查看返现金额及返现明细

5.Prizes (Benefits) Terms and Conditions

5.1 RMB CNY Settlement Fee Waiver Voucher (Single-use Voucher)

5.1.1 “RMB CNY Settlement Fee Waiver Voucher (Single-use Voucher)” may be used within its validity period to waive the service fees up to a corresponding quota when making a single Chinese Yuan (CNY) withdrawal/transfer transaction where CNY is the receiving currency. The quota of each voucher cannot be stacked and can only be redeemed once. If the quota is not sufficient to fully waive the service fee for the transaction, the remaining amount will be charged according to the user's fee rate.5.1.2 “RMB CNY Settlement Fee Waiver Voucher (Single-use Voucher)” is denominated in CNY, while the service fees are calculated based on the transaction currency. Therefore, during calculation, the free quota will be converted into the equivalent service fee amount based on the current exchange rate of the transaction order. The final discounted amount, calculated after deducting the RMB CNY Settlement Fee Waiver Voucher (Single-use Voucher) is subject to the algorithm adopted by WorldFirst.5.1.3 “RMB CNY Settlement Fee Waiver Voucher (Single-use Voucher)” will be issued to the relevant new users' WorldFirst B2B Account within 3 working day and will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

5.2 CNH to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Experience Coupon

5.2.1 “CNH to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Experience Coupon” refers to the discount coupon available on the computer (PC) portal for currency exchange and single cross-currency withdrawal/transfer transaction. The coupon allows you to enjoy foreign exchange rate discounts when using WorldFirst B2B account for currency exchange and single cross-currency withdrawal/transfer transaction. It is not applicable to mobile programs.5.2.2 “CNH to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Experience Coupon” is only applicable to the currency exchange and cross-currency withdrawals/transfers from CNH to the nine major currencies USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, AUD, JPY, NZD, SGD and CAD.5.2.3 “CNH to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Experience Coupon” provided by us is subject to relevant national or regional regulatory regulations. The discount rate displayed on the transaction page will be taken as final and binding.5.2.4 “CNH to Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Experience Coupon” will expire after the promotion period. Any unused free quota or coupon may not be returned or exchanged for cash.

5.3 Payment Discount Voucher

5.3.1 “Payment Discount Voucher” is only used for payment transactions in which the withdrawn currency is the same as the received currency. For example, if the withdrawn currency is US dollars and the received currency is US dollars, it is the withdrawal/transfer of foreign currency in the same currency. The service fee is denominated in US dollars. If your withdrawal and collection currency is other supported currencies (for example, Euros), the exchange rate at the time of the transaction is converted into the amount of the withdrawn currency. Please refer to the service fee amount on the transaction confirmation page.5.3.2 “Payment Discount Voucher” refers to the discount voucher available on the computer (PC) portal for single foreign currency （same currency） withdrawal/transfer transaction. Not applicable to mobile applications.

5.4 1688 KJB service fee waiver

5.4.1 1688 KJB service fee waiver methodFirst, WorldFirst will charge the corresponding service fee according to your rate of service fee, and then issue the waived service fee to your account in the form of cashback within 5 business days after July 10, 2024 to your WorldFirst account.5.4.2 1688 KJB Calculation Method of Service Fee Waiver AmountAssuming that you use 1688 KJB for the first time within the period of 2024.05.16-2024.06.30 to pay for the purchase at 1688 domestic trade station, your rate for the service fee at WorldFirst is 0.4% and your 1688 service fee is 0.2%(1) If your first transaction is successful and the purchase amount (without refunds) is 90000 CNH, the amount of service charge you can waive this time = 90000 CNH * 0.4%= 360CNH(2) If your first transaction is successful and the purchase amount (without refunds) is 100000 CNH, the amount of service charge you can waive this time = 100000 CNH * 0.4%= 400CNH(3) If your first transaction is successful and the purchase amount (without refunds) is 110000 CNH, the amount of service charge that you can waive this time = 110000 CNH * 0.4%= 440CNH, however because the maximum amount of service charge that you can waive this time is not more than 400CNH, the amount of service charge that you can waive this time eventually = 400CNH5.4.3 Time of Receipt of Waived Service Fee for 1688 KJBThe waived service fee will be deposited in your account in the form of cashback within 5 business days after July 10, 2024.5.4.4 Method of Checking Cashback for 1688 KJBPlease log in to your World Account and click on the Benefit Center -> Cashback to view the cash back amount and the details.

6.Other Rules (Terms and Conditions)

6.1 WorldFirst reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.6.2 All the coupons shall be invalid after the stated validity period.
